Buying through school finance?
Annual subscriptions can be paid by invoice or purchase order. Request an invoice or purchase order and our team will be in touch. If your school is already on a free trial, your trial access carries on as normal while procurement is processed.
Monthly subscriptions will need a recurring card payment once online payments are connected.
What happens to our data?
Teacher accounts and saved lessons belong to your school. If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted — teachers keep access to lessons they have saved, and full access returns the moment you renew.
Pricing questions
Is this priced per teacher?
No. One school subscription covers your school's teachers up to the seat limit on your plan. If you need more seats, your School Admin can request them from Settings.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual plan?
Only the way you pay. Both plans give your school exactly the same Inspire PE curriculum and features. Annual costs £480 a year, which saves £35.88 compared with paying £42.99 a month for 12 months.
Why is invoice and purchase order only available annually?
Invoices and purchase orders suit a single yearly amount that school finance teams can process. Monthly subscriptions need a recurring electronic payment, so they are card only.
Can we start with a free trial first?
Yes. Start a free trial to open a school account with full access, then move to a paid subscription whenever you're ready. Trial access continues while procurement is processed.
What happens when our subscription ends?
Teachers can still sign in and their saved lessons stay safe and printable. The curriculum and Inspire AI adaptation lock until the subscription is renewed. Nothing is deleted.
Can we switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Your School Admin can request a change of plan from Settings and our team will arrange it.
Do you work with multi-academy trusts?
We do — get in touch and we'll put together a trust-wide arrangement.
